ART Network Portal Webinar Series. ART Webinar 2026 – 01: Igniting FSU: The Trinity of Transformation

The U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) Accelerating Research Translation (ART) program from the Technology, Innovation and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate provides funding opportunities to U.S. Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) for building institutional capacity, infrastructure and training to accelerate research translation, strengthen technology transfer and create sustained economic and societal impacts across the U.S.

The ART Network, supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation ART program is dedicated to promoting translation of innovative research into tangible solutions that address real-world challenges. The core purpose is to bridge the gap between groundbreaking academic discoveries and practical applications that positively impact communities, industries, and society at large.

To support above vision to promote research and innovation translation and share best practices at the IHEs in developing regional innovation ecosystems, a strategic initiative of ART Network Portal Webinar Series has been launched by the ART Network community. This initiative aims to help foster a culture of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, transforming attitudes towards research within the internal and external community that serves the public good, both societally and economically.

We are pleased to announce the first webinar of the ART Network Portal Webinar Series from Florida State University presenting their accomplishments in research translation and building innovation ecosystem through the NSF ART funded program.

The material presented at the ART Network Portal Webinar Series is an activity hosted by the ART Network Portal being supported the NSF ART program. Any opinions, findings and conclusions or recommendations expressed in material presented through ART Network Portal activities are those of the author(s)/presenters and do not necessarily reflect the views of the U.S. National Science Foundation.
