Translation: Research to Impact was a hybrid event focused on discussing and highlighting the transformation of scientific discoveries into real-world commercial products. Attendees had the opportunity to meet current TecHub Innovators funded through the program, learn how to apply for future funding opportunities, and explore pathways for innovation at Mizzou and beyond. The event featured panel discussions and Q&A sessions on entrepreneurship in academia, intellectual property (IP), research translation, and commercialization strategies. Invited speakers included representatives from the University of Missouri Technology Transfer Office, Missouri Innovation Center (MIC), North Dakota University I-Corps team members, and Mizzou TecHub champions whose projects received funding over the past two years.
