ABSTRACT

The primary objective of this project is to validate StressDetect as an innovative real time stress-monitoring tool for CHO cell-based biomanufacturing through the following stages: 1. Develop/Standardize ROS Modulation in CHO Cultures to Simulate Industry Conditions, 2. Validate StressDetect as Industry-Ready Stress Monitoring Tools, 3. Optimize and Pilot-Test StressDetect for Biomanufacturing Commercialization. Finally, collaborate with industry partners for pilot-scale validation, laying the groundwork for product development, licensing opportunities, and commercialization in CHO cell-based biomanufacturing processes.
