ABSTRACT
Infections of the udder are one of the most economically significant diseases affecting dairy cattle and are estimated to impact the dairy industry by over $1 billion/yr. We have developed a vaccine that can be easily administered and is designed to prevent infection at the site of infection. This project will support the technology transfer of this vaccine to a local biotech start-up.
