Geoscience research is integral to building a resilient plant. The magnitude of the challenges that underpin this initiative demands an integrated approach to engage scientists and engineers across disciplines to advance knowledge, empower communities, and generate innovative technological solutions that addresses societal needs in creating resilient communities. NSF is supporting supplemental funding from investigators that are serving as ART PIs to support translation activities that are geoscience-related and connected to advancing the major goals of the current ART awards.
