Clemson STRIDE ART STRP Cohort 3 winners

We are pleased to announce the recipients of the Clemson University- STRIDE 2026 STRP Funding Solicitation. With their innovative projects and superb research findings, these individuals are being given the opportunity to excel their research to market and/or societal impact. The individuals receiving funding are Jessica Larsen, Apoorvi Chaudhri, Sarah Bauer Floyd, Chao Fan, and Katherine Weisensee. πŸ† NanoSTING. Led by Jessica Larsen and her Co-PI Apoorvi Chaudhri, will revitalize the potential of STING agonists in cancer therapy.

πŸ† Sarah Floyd’s project, XstreamIQ, has developed a computer vision model that can identify proximal humerus fracture (PHF) features needed for fracture characterization.

πŸ† Op-Copilot, Chao Fan’s innovation,Β is a multi-agent AI system designed to function as a collaborative operator under human supervision for emergency dispatch and resource allocation.

πŸ† Dr. Katherine Weisensee is currently leading the development of geoFOR, a forensic taphonomy database and PMI (Post-Mortem Interval) estimation platform.
