- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Light Lunch – You are welcome to join us for lunch before the induction ceremony. We encourage you to arrive early, enjoy lunch with us, and connect with fellow students, faculty, and guests.
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM | NAI–NJIT SIIC & NJIT ARTISAN Induction Ceremony As previously communicated, based on your outstanding performance and achievements in the Summer 2026 URI Research Symposium, you were nominated by the URI External Advisory Board for induction into two programs:
- NAI–NJIT Student Innovator and Inventor Club (SIIC)
- NSF ART Integrated Student Ambassador Network (ARTISAN)
During this ceremony, you will be officially inducted into both programs and receive two separate membership certificates, one for NAI–NJIT SIIC and one for ARTISAN.
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | NJIT ARTISAN Student Presentation Webinar
This session will feature presentations by the recipients of the Dr. James Stevenson Innovation Award, highlighting their research and innovation projects from the Summer 2026 URI Research Symposium. Please note that you are required to present your projects in-person at the NJIT Campus Center Atrium in front of the URI External Advisory Board and students.
The webinar will be livestreamed via Zoom to the national audience.
- 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM | URI Fall Student Seed Grant Presentations
This session is specifically for students participating in the 2026 URI Fall Student Seed Grant competition. You are welcome to stay and attend the presentations; however, attendance at this session is optional.
